The hotel was designed by B+H, the well-known Canadian architectural designing institute. It adjoins the famous Xiamen International Conferences & Exhibition Center via a second floor glass porch. The distinctive façade resembles a pleasure-boat ready to sail off across the expansive 150,000m2 lawn and the boundless sea.

Over ten well-equipped venues include the Koron Banquet Hall, the International Auditorium, the Meeting Center, and various Meeting Rooms, The hotel is fully capable of professional steward services for conferences. Its neighboring International Conferences & Exhibition Center can also host banquets for thousands of guests or exhibitions for tens of thousands of guests.

International Seaside Hotel’s 208 spacious guest rooms and suites are among the largest in Xiamen, with an area of 53 square meters for each room. Among them, 131 rooms include a roomy, panoramic sea-view balcony, affording an idyllic view of the beautiful seascape.
