1. How can I book on China Hotels Reservation?
There are many different ways to make a reservation through our reservation center:

a. Reservation via website: please go to our website at China-Discount-Hotels.com,search the hotel you exactly need by the simple and understandable index, and fill the reservation form. We will immediately receive your request.

b. Reservation by phone. Call our customer service hotline at +86-755-888-50655. Our staff can give you good recommendations.

c. Reservation by e-mail: Send a request directly to Info@china-discount-hotels.com.

2. When can I get the booking confirmation?
Your reservation will be confirmed within 12 hours. In case of full occupancy, price change, or any other problems, we will contact you as soon as possible.

3. Is there any reservation number offered?
A reservation code will be immediately shown on the web page as soon as your reservation is finished. You can track your reservation in our system with this number. The hotel's reservation number (if one is given) will be given via the confirmation email. But please pay attention that many hotels in China do not offer reservation numbers. Provide your name (if you are unable to receive or print the voucher) to the reception desk is enough to confirm your booking.

4. How can I pay the room rate?
Generally speaking, the payment is to be made at the hotel front desk upon check-in. But there are exceptions. During the peak season the hotel will ask for the guests to ensure their reservation by credit card or deposit the first night room rate or full room rate.

5. When will I be asked to provide credit card information?
Credit card information is required for guarantee or prepayment.

a. For peak season reservations.
b. By special request of the hotel such as the airport pickup service
c. For late check-ins after 18:00 (6:00pm)

Note: a. For guarantee, the hotel will not charge your room rate in advance. But it will charge you the first night/whole room rate for No-show/cancellation, it all depends on individual hotel deadlines for canceling or changing a booking
b. For prepayment, an extra 3% bank service charge is often required.

7. Is breakfast, tax, and service charge included in the room rate?
Often the breakfast, tax and service charge is included in the price, but there are exceptions. This information is always shown in the hotel page at the price description.

8. How can I cancel or change my reservation?
Any cancellation or change to the hotel reservation must be made before deadline. Please contact us by phone at +86-755-888-50655 or by email Info@china-discount-hotels.com. We will send you a new voucher when your reservation is revised.

9. What's the cancellation policy?
In most cases, cancellations are free of charge. But if your reservation has been guaranteed or the room rate has been prepaid during the peak season, the hotel will charge you accordingly. The cancellation policies vary from hotel-to-hotel.

10. Is there anything special about hotels in China that I should know about?
You will be asked for a deposit when register at the hotel front desk. The amount is usually twice your room rate. Some international customers may not like this policy, but please don't worry about that. The hotel will only bill the amount on the voucher when you check-out. (The hotel room rates may not contain tax; you will be noticed in advance about this)
