Chongqing Carlton Hotel is the first five star hotel in the High Technology Development Zone.
　　
The hotel has 313 deluxe rooms, a Chinese Restaurant on the 2nd floor serves authentic Cantonese cuisine and the Rose Western Restaurant on the same floor offers Continental and Asian food.

A grand deluxe mulitfunctional hall on the ground floor is fully equipped with advanced conference facilities. It can hold 500 people to have cocktails, press conferences, products display and large-scale exhibitions.

On the third floor, there is a 200 square meter movie hall which can hold 150 persons and a night club. Most of the entertainment facilities are conveniently located on the fifth floor: big outdoor-swimming pool, gymansium, SPA center, tennis court, beauty salon and so on.

Business rooms are on the seventh floor, no-smoking rooms are on twentieth and twenty-first floors.

There are several different style restaurants: Chinese restaurant, western restaurant, Japanese-Korean style restaurant, Seafood restaurant and a banquet. All of them offer elegant furnishings.
